Our grand kids gave us our Birdfy camera for Christmas 2 years ago. It’s been an absolute joy to view all our birds while at home or away. It’s been absolutely trouble free & easily the best addition to our back yard. Happy wife happy life!

Awesome product. We love it. It is soooo much fun.

The instructions for my Birdfy feeder are easy to understand. I am very entertained by watching all the birds that visit the feeder. In my yard, I have quite a few other creatures who enjoy the feeder, mainly squirrels, racoons and a big fat ground hog. The other creatures have torn up the feeder, but I just keep tapping it with duct tape. I love the thing!

I love my birdify bird feeder! I have it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. First the AI doesn’t always identify birds correctly- this usually happens when a squirrel is in the camera. It can identify a squirrel but sometimes when it’s just the squirrels tail it will identify it as a bird. Secondly, the squirrels have chewed the power cord to my solar panel twice. I have had a friend splice it and get it to work again but now it’s covered in electrical tape. There are 2 charging ports but for some reason only the charging port on top of the camera works with the solar panel which means the cord is dangling in the way. Other than that I love th videos and photos it gets of the visitors to my feeder. They are super clear and AI does get most of th identification correct. I want to get the hummingbird feeder this spring!

Love my feeder. Just wish there more birds eating right now. Got my one Cardinal coming by daily.. The cameras are great. Fast delivery..

Great products, well made and well designed, both functional and nice looking additions to the backyard. Very easy to mount, with all the necessary hardware for multiple mounting types. The hardware also allows easy removal and putting back up. It was seamless using the QR code to connect the camera to our WiFi and to my existing Birdfy account and app. No issues with keeping a full battery charge or keeping a strong WiFi connection from the edge of our yard either. Highly recommend Birdfy products, I've had a great experience and any time I've had to reach out to customer service they've been very helpful and always solved my problem.

Great company with a widening range of products. I picked up the birdfeeder as more a curiosity at first and the family quickly found we enjoyed seeing what birds were visiting our backyard. The app is great and the AI identification makes tracking the birds and getting information nice and easy. We have expanded into a few other birdfy products and found the same level of quality. Customer service was quick to respond and address any issues I had with the products as well.

Contrary to the website - this camera does NOT support Alexa! I purchased the Birdfy Bamboo with the full expectation I could stream this to my Amazon Echo Shows. After a totally frustrating experience trying to get this to work as documented by the Birdfy website, I got the response that the camera in this model does not support Alexa integration. I've asked to return it for a full refund as I have no interest if I can't view the birds on my 2 Amazon Echos with screens. I also wasn't impressed by the construction of the unit and the metal seed guard has sharp edges and it is quite a hazard to try to get to the camera without gloves. Note: here is what the Birdfy website states and it's the reason why I bought this unit, note too that I just purchased this unit, it's not a Feeder 1 and I was surprised when support said the camera won't work: With the exception of a few of the oldest batches of the Birdfy Feeder 1, all Birdfy products are now compatible with Alexa and Google Home. By linking your Birdfy account to your Alexa or Google Home account, you can watch live feeds from your Birdfy devices directly through the respective apps. If you own smart devices with screen displays, such as the Amazon Echo Show or Google Nest Hub, you can also enjoy live feeds conveniently on those devices.
