Instructions are unnecessarily brief and require assumptions on the part of the purchaser. Follow up for a needed part required multiple unnecessary information items on the purchaser’s part to rectify the situation. I love my bird feeder, but I will go with a different company when I get another.

I bought this as a gift, and while I received the suet cages promptly, I am still waiting for the feeder itself. Trying to track the package is nearly impossible with whatever service you are using. By the way—I would not suggest buying the suet cages for $9.99. I can see why they are free. I hope I am much happier with the bird feeder itself!!

I’m a second time buyer. I made a mistake this time online buying. By mistake I ordered 2 and called immediately to have customer service help me. They couldn’t take one off so they cancelled the entire order and told me to reorder. I’m so glad I did not because it’s been 8 days and I’ve yet to receive my refund. Almost 500.00.
