We love our birdfy camera. I check everyday to see what types of birds sail in. We have even had raccoons, possum and some type of rodent? It is great we can keep an eye out for all that wants fed!

I love that I don't have to "request" videos! It was very easy to set up and great that I can bring it in at night when needed to protect from bears. This is the first day in use, so it is still new to me and the birds. But loving it so far! Glad I got it.

As much as I like your products, I am less enamored with you business practices. I received a Birdfy Feeder 2 Series as a gift, which I very much like. It didn't take long at all for every squirrel to figure out that they could chew through the seed guard (back to the design table). At the time it was being ravaged, I wrote, trying to get a replacement, which you didn't have. I jury-rigged a guard with wire and a pair of pliers, an imperfect solution at best. Now, I see, I was not alone - a METAL seed guard! What an obvious idea! But - now I must pay $25.97 to solve a problem I never should have had. Just saying .... AND what the heck is "Shipping Protection", that's a new way to squeeze every available penny from your customers. That's a new one on me - congratulations on forging a new "get every penny" strategy - what innovators you guys are!
