I absolutely love my birdfeeder and this new metal feedguard was a great upgrade. Now the squirrels can eat too without destroying my feeder. lol

This is my third Birdfy feeder and I’ve loved every one of them. Unfortunately squirrels have destroyed cameras and cords in the past so I’m updating to the metal feeder this time. Your company has been generous and helpful to me through everything even sending me a new feeder free of charge when my last one died. Thanks for great service!

It was easy to order a new perch. I do love the Birdfy but I wish the battery was detached so I could bring just the battery into the house to charge instead of the entire feeder. Thank you.

I purchased a Birdfy Smart Feeder as a Christmas gift for my husband, only to discover that he had purchased the same item for me. Since we did not need two, I contacted your company to arrange a return and refund. I shipped the unopened feeder back via FedEx, following the instructions provided. However, I have not yet received my refund. I have sent two emails requesting an update and have not received any response. I have also called customer service several times, but each time I receive a recording stating, “There is no one here at this time to answer your call.” I am very disappointed and concerned about the lack of communication and the status of my refund.

Great customer service. We love our solar bird feeder. It alerts us when our bird residents stop by for a bite, and recognizes them immediately, letting us know if it’s a new visitor, or one of our usuals. It’s fun!
