Hi Donna, thank you so much for sharing this! We're thrilled the cage has made such a difference. It's great to hear the finches can feed freely now while the doves still get a bit of seed. that balance is exactly what we hoped it would provide. If you have any photos of your setup or tips that helped when installing the cage, we'd love for you to share them with the community. Happy birdwatching and have a great day! 🐦 Best, Mark

Hi Maria, Thanks so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted you decided to join the Birdfy family after seeing a friend’s setup, and that the kit and camera hooked up to your Wi‑Fi and phone so smoothly. It’s great to hear you’re enjoying the footage and alerts. I’m sorry you had that bump with AI recognition, but I’m glad our support team could help quickly and get everything resolved, even though it turned out not to be a hardware or software fault on our end. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we’re thrilled Birdfy is bringing more birds into your garden. If you ever need help with the camera, please reach out. We’re always happy to help. Have a great day and enjoy bird watching! Best, Mark

Hi! We’re really sorry for the disappointment and understand how frustrating it is to wait longer than expected for an order you were excited about. Your package was shipped with FedEx and has been in transit since the 20th. Unfortunately, once an order is with the courier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control. That said, we know this delay isn’t the experience you were hoping for, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. We’re continuing to monitor the shipment and are happy to assist further if the package does not arrive or if FedEx provides an update. Thank you for your patience.
