Hi Dakota! Thank you so much for this amazing review and for being such a loyal Birdfy customer! We're absolutely thrilled to hear you've been loving both your original feeder and the Birdfy Pro 2! It's fantastic to know that your solar panel has been running flawlessly for over 2 years . That's exactly the kind of reliability we strive for! And thank you for sharing that helpful tip about facing the panel towards the evening sun. That's great advice for other bird lovers in our community! We're so glad the setup process was easy for you and that you're enjoying those bird notifications. There's nothing quite like that excitement when a new feathered friend visits! Your kind words about our shipping and customer service truly mean the world to our team. We're always here if you need anything, though we hope your feeders continue running perfectly! If you ever need assistance or have questions about your feeders, please don't hesitate to reach out through Birdfy Chat, email us, or give us a call. We're always here to help! Hi, Good day! Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry for the delay and the frustration this caused. While we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery times and courier handling are unfortunately outside of our direct control. In this case, the shipment was further delayed due to the recent snowstorm, which caused widespread disruptions with our courier partners. That said, we understand how disappointing it is to wait longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize that our customer service did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re using it to improve how we communicate and support our customers moving forward. You can reach out to us through Chat, Phone, or Email to check if there's any new update with the order. Best, Mark

Hi Richard! Good day. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand how disappointing it can be when the product doesn’t work exactly as expected, especially in colder or low-sunlight conditions. At this time, our camera does not include a built-in heater, so it isn’t designed to prevent freezing. That said, we’re actively developing a heated version, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize features that matter most to our customers. The fountain is designed to be solar-powered only, without a battery, since bird activity is usually limited at night. Because of this, performance depends on direct sunlight, and reduced sun exposure can cause the pump to pulse rather than run continuously. We’re happy to hear that you found the materials durable and that the camera works well when connected properly. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and will continue working to improve both the product and the overall experience. Should you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our phone, chat, or email support team. We’re always happy to help! Best, Mark

Hi Ronald, thank you for the thoughtful review and for choosing Birdfy! We’re glad the birdhouse quality is standing out compared with others you’ve tried, and appreciate the heads-up about the pole mounting clamps. Good feedback like that helps us refine our accessories — we’ll pass your note to the product team. If you’d like, we can also recommend a simple, secure bracket modification that customers have used to better lock the box to a pole for high‑wind locations. Happy to hear the camera setup was easy and the Wi‑Fi and image quality are performing well. If you need any help with mounting, parts, or tips for encouraging nesting when the season starts, please reach out anytime. We’re here to help. Thanks again for sharing your experience and for being part of the Birdfy community! Best, Mark
