BirdeyeReviews of birdeye.com

They have the worst customer service and trying to cancel is nearly impossible. Even when you want to pay every single dime that you owe to end the contract, they want to try to keep you on and never give you any answers. They harass you like crazy when they are trying to upsell but when you want to cancel they never return phone calls. A representative has hung up on me more than once when I tell them I’m not interested in hearing a sales pitch. Our business is literally closing and they still think we should keep them on. And Birdeye is just unnecessary for a business in my opinion. I would never recommend.

We signed up to Birdeye just over 12 months ago with the goal to generate more reviews for our product. We found very quickly that the system wasn't capable of tailoring / filtering customers. We wanted to target customers purchasing our primary product rather than customers purchasing spare parts or minor accessoies. Birdeye's only solution was manually creating customer lists. We made the decision to not continue our subscription and advised them of this well before the 3 month notice period per our contract. The sales/accounts team attempted further follow up but this fell away. We were then automatically charged a further 12 month subscription period so our notice of cancellation had not been processed on their end. It's been three weeks since this has occured and we are finding it very difficult to obtain appropriate assistance to cancel and refund the subscription that should not have been charged. No one to help when they are not chasing a sale / commission.

Birdeye has well experienced staff, and they did a good job in assisting our company to have a strong online presence.

So far so good. I needed helping with getting my link to add to my email signature and was able to get what I needed from reaching out to them on their chat window.

We live at the Delaware on primrose apartments it is a nice and safe and quite place to live and the apartments here are really nice and the staff that work here do a really good job at keeping everything up and going and work really hard to keep the grounds and the inside and outside apartments looking really nice and great and we love it here because its close to everything we need to get to and its a safe area to live at.thanks mark harden

I recently reached out to BirdEye to inquire about their services, but my experience was less than satisfactory. During my conversation with Anurag Singh, I discovered that a Google My Business (GMB) listing is required to use their services. This crucial information is neither mentioned on their website nor communicated in any of their emails. After spending time trying to set up with them, I now have to look elsewhere to meet our needs. It’s disappointing that such an important requirement wasn’t made clear upfront. I’ll be partnering with one of their competitors and will advise others to do the same to avoid wasting time. Clear and transparent communication with clients is essential, and this experience fell short of that.

Most unprofessional business I have ever found. Absolute rip-off. They pass themselves off as being in the USA and Australia company but they are not. They run out of an Asian country somewhere. Scamming customers in outrageous hosting fees of $200 a month lol. Also, do not purchase their Google reviewing subscription as you can do this for free. I tried to cancel everything and when I did they shut down my access to own website I paid for. Luckily I was smart enough to point the hosting to a new host, but they stopped me from accessing my WordPress website by changing the password after I canceled. I complained but heard nothing back. Fraud scammers getting away with it. You have been warned. Amazing you reply to my review, yet you still lock me out of my WordPress website. So glad people can really see what type of business you are.
