This review is for the Social media AI service. I like the platform, but it’s limiting. It doesn't post live videos, or reels, only photos. I also was promised that they would post on social media for us 3 times a week. They have not been doing this, I have had to follow up with so many times to do there job. They promised 5-6. time now that that it would not happen again, then it does, very disappointing has potential if they can get all this worked out. Update 10/24/25- they reached out to me today and promised me this wouldn't happen AGAIN, only time will tell. I was also update that they now offer the options to post reals which is good news. I have signed a 1 year contract and I’m about 7 months in let hope the last 5 months they will post 3 times a week on my social media. Update 12/17/26 A new account manager was assigned to my account who has been following through on my our agreement. They have been posting a few times a week. We communicate monthly to connect. I was also given a credit back for the amount I requested. Things are headed in the right direction, thanks BirdEye.

This company informed me i was a getting scammed through a third party that uses Telegram messenger. If you are not dealing with Birdeye direct, be careful. I was treated very nice by a birdeye consultant who treated me respectfully.

The Birdeye platform and their eagerness to help a business get more reviews is backed by a solid on-boarding process. My only issue is that when the plan does not work (in our case it was partly our POS and data collection method) , there should be an easier way to understand and process cancellation. In today's AI world, this should be a cakewalk for a software company.

Staff friendly and the property is well maintained with staff on site daily. Swimming pool is great too.
