I got charged 3.40 to just unlock scooter to find dead battery, they said can't refund ,gave me coupon 50 off next time.......its scam this company...do they think I am going to use them after this experience

Robert, I only did a trip to a restaurant and back, which was less the a mile away which is rough 5-6 min. Thus I did not have 3 trips and it makes no sense that the longest (12) min. unless the other 2 were wrong. So you tell me, bank flagged this on my card, as being hacked with over $50 of transaction - I am glad bird did not charging me all of those transaction but not the correct thing to do is is what I am asking - which is a refund on either both of $5 transactions or the $8 transaction. I appreciate you looking into this, I hope you can see my point of view - I went to a local baseball game, instead of eating at stadium - thought we get better food around the corner - instead of walking - lets jump on a scooter so we can eat not be rushed and get back to the game. I think I have spent more time explaining this to multiple people at bird — certainly will not be the first thing I think of doing next time — the friction bird causes between app and the customer service not quickly handling the transaction - is the difference

NEVER USE BIRD! IT'S A SCAM. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! TAKE A TAXI.

To be fair, while Bird has serious issues with the app and the vehicles themselves, the support team is actually working and has always been helpful, compensating me for trips or scooter issues. I live and use it in Portugal. Just consider the toll that careless users and the environment take on their vehicles.

A sto punto fanno bene a cannibalizzarvi i monopattini. Credevo inciviltà.... Ora capisco

Similar experience to others. App is terrible to use, scooter would not allow me to end ride, overcharged as a result, customer service is unhelpful and likely just AI chatbots. Would not recommend or ever use again. One star is a generous review.

If sum happen call up. Theyll refund you. Nuce coustor service on my momma

Bird made fraudulent charges on my credit card several times. I reported it, had my card replaced, but Bird has a rebiller that keeps billing you even when you get a new card. Blocked them. A year later, their rebiller placed the fraudulent charges again. Called Bird this time -- when I mentioned fraud, the agent pretended like she couldn't hear me and no one answered when I called back. This is a criminal enterprise.
