Incredible experience, instead of paying 3€ for an Uber, I ended up paying 7€ for Bird to leave it 20 minutes away by walk from my home. Keep up the excellent user experience.

I'm suing Bird for theft by deception. It wouldn't let me end the ride. I tried to park it in multipal locations where other birds where parked, finally took it back to where I got it and it still wouldn't let me end the ride then charged my debit card wayyyy too much money. Suing

Billing is complete trash Mystery charges appear days after you have used scooter. Stay sway from this company you probably need the walk anyway.

Way to expensive

Half the time the scooter has something wrong with it and then you can't even end the ride because your in a no parking zone, funny how it was parked there to begin with. Had to leave one for another because it was broken only to find that the new one I took was also broken, two fees I will never get back out of dozens of others. They are always knocked over, terribly run business. Buy a gyrocopters 6.0 flash for 250$ save yourself the time and frustration and have a lighter faster smoother ride.

Don't use Bird, they make you load up $20.00 to use it and the god forbid you use it for 10 minutes they will automatically charge you another $20.00. I got booked $40 for using it a few minutes in downtown Jacksonville. Not worth it!!!!

They are great bikes, and great scooters that go fast. However, software is a bit buggy. For example will you try and park, the GPS is not accurate which is very annoying so tells you you’re not allowed to park, even though it’s literally right next to another bike. More importantly for three bikes to go 4 km cost us €50, which would have cost €5 in a Bolt or Uber.

Mi hanno RUBATO 50 euro scrivendomi che avrei preso una fantomatica multa 10 mesi prima.. oltretutto in una data nella quale non avevo preso i loro mezzi, la corsa piu vicina era 9 giorni prima. Non sono riuscito a contattare nessuno del servizio clienti e ora mi hanno bannato l'account... LADRI!
