I want to give this minus stars if I could🤬😡🤬. Had to unlock 4 scooters as each one had a problem and qas charged for each one ....lots of faffing about to report each one on the app. One of us managed to get a short ride....total charge of eur 24.30 .....absolute scam!

This paint is disgusting, does not do what it says on the tin, I painted in dry weather, we had 5 days without rain and very windy, but today it rained and the paint has ran off mostly, made a huge mess on my patio, I have written to bird brand but they obviously do not care, I have photos if anybody would like to see how appalling it is, I would NEVER use this paint as I have to do all my hard work again and next time buy a reliable brand

Attenzione!! Truffa

Woah!! I feel like I’ve been robbed blind. I took my two girls out on a ride. We started out and hadn’t realised they’d just kept charging me. We park up after 1hr30 mins riding - 3 scooters.. I’d paid a deposit of 20€ - I look at my transactions and I’ve been charged 128€!!! I thought there was some mistake but honestly I think this is it and they’ve charged me an obscene amount of money for what I thought was a bit of fun. You can buy one for this price! They’re heavy and limited mobility. Took 40 mins for them to register they were in a parking zone, which was incredibly stressful and confusing bearing in mind I was being charged. The price is unclear and I’ve been charged a load of unauthorised payments. I want an explanation and a partial reimbursement or I will review everywhere possible and do everything I can to make sure this debt is reciprocated because I truly believe this was wrong, dishonest and unacceptable means of doing business. I can’t see you getting many return customers based on this pay scheme but maybe I’m wrong. I guess this is why I see them thrown around all over the place (4 on the beach today!) that’s a lot of angry customers. Don’t you think maybe rethinking your business ethics might be a good move….
