It was a good investment!
This is very simple review from a simple person. Peter was the reason I decided to go with Birch Gold Group! This guy didn't know me from Adam and kept contacting me like a old friend until I was really feeling good about going with them. After that everyone else I delt with put the icing one the cake! Great organization and professional! Thanks again Nick!

I found all staff at Birch Gold Group…
I found all staff at Birch Gold Group to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. They helped me with a 401k transfer that prior company was sandbagging me with making a transfer. I would highly recommend Birch Gold to others wanting a safer way to make investment.

My experience with Birch Gold has been…
My experience with Birch Gold has been very positive. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly team of experts. One important feature that sets them apart is their integrity and transparency. Nick and Samuel from Birch Gold helped me set up my IRA investment. Both Nick and Samuel were very professional, customer focused, pleasure to deal with and true experts in the field. Birch Gold comes across as a well run business with a great coordination across functions and top notch experts. Highly recommend.

2 Thumbs Up
Heard about these people from Hugh Hewitt, started talking to them a few months ago. The IRA process took some time but as of a few weeks ago I was informed that everything was final! It's a very great feeling. I highly recommend these people.
Response from Birch Gold GroupSep 3, 2020
Hi Landen, We’re so happy that everything is finalized and you’re on your way to receiving your precious metals! We do everything we can to expedite the process on our end, however, sometimes we do have to wait on our customers’ former custodians to do their part. As you experienced with us, we keep in touch with our customers and update them in the interim. Thank you for taking your valuable time to write us a review. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions in the future!

Thrilled!!
I couldn't be happier with the interactions that I had with Birch Gold Group. We had a lot of questions, they took there time to answer all of them and make sure that we were okay moving forward. The rollover process took some time but they stayed in touch the whole way thru. Happy with the outcome, would definitely do it again with them.
