Gold IRA
Spoke with birch gold and have a better understanding of my situation. What I would do differently is not by gold or silver proofs, but gold is still better then a dollar. Great to work with and respond quickly.

Solid Customer Service
Updating my review. While Birch did send my order to the wrong depository, they have since reached out to correct the error. I will update again when this issue is resolved. Update: Birch was able to work with the custodian to correct the depository error. My thoughts are that while businesses may make mistakes from time to time, Birch ensured the error was corrected.

Great first impression
From first contact to the transfer of my assets has been a good experience. All questions were answered quickly and to my understanding. I will review again once I see how they respond to clients and treat them after the purchases have been made.
