Birch Gold GroupReviews of birchgold.com

This is a strong, client focused business. I always felt as if my needs were taken care of and taken very seriously. Appreciate their high degree of service.

Let me start by saying that Birch is a first class company. From the first time that I talked to them all the way until yesterday, which was many weeks after I completed my purchase, they have been proactive and courteous. I have been so impressed each step of the way, from many different people in the company. At this moment I don't have any other funds to use but if I do I will be back in touch with these fine folks.

Had been thinking of buying some gold for a long time, so when I heard about these guys from Hugh Hewitt, I decided it was time to get moving. It was such a satisfactory experience from beginning to end, even if it took some time because of the movement of money within my retirement. But I'm thrilled that I went with Birch Gold and am so happy that I've now got some metals in my retirement.

This is the third time that we've bought from Birch Gold Group. We've always felt truly happy and satisfied with the process. This last time was no different. They were excellent partners, ones who we'll certainly work with more in the future.

My accounts have made a pretty penny on the stock market over the last decade but I made the decision it's time for something else. It can't go on like this forever. Birch Gold was so helpful in helping me convert into precious metals... I never knew that it could be so easy!!

Worked with an amazing rep, Mark, for several weeks. He is insanely knowledgeable, was able to answer all of my questions about the market. Once I made the decision to go, Natalie was there each step of the way to help set up the new IRA. It's a well oiled machine over there, would definitely encourage anyone to check them out for yourself

When first speaking to Jack at Birch Gold, I wasn't convinced that a gold ira would be for me. After all it's a very different approach from the normal ira, which I was pretty comfortable with. Why rock the boat? But, Jack helped me understand the pros of gold and silver investing, and explained how simple it could be. After several weeks of communication, I decided to make the move. I had been converted!

Birch Gold wasn't the first gold company that I worked with, I've bought from maybe 4 or 5 others in the past, but I can say hands down that they are THE BEST. A+ customer service, from start to finish. Metals were shipped to me quickly. Everything was perfect.
