Excellent customer service
Birch Gold is a great company with excellent employees. They answered all my questions concerning my IRA rollover, took care of all the paperwork and whenever I needed to sign anything they would next day air it to me since I do not have a printer.

Above and Beyond
Heard about Birch Gold from Graham Allen and so thankful I called. My assigned representative, James explained the transfer process, gold & silver market, different grades of gold & silver, various places it is purchased and where my account will be held along with about 400 other questions I had. James had the patience of a saint. Once the account was set Juliet expertly oversaw my fund transfer. What made me write a review? A couple weeks after my account was complete I received a handwritten envelope with a handwritten thank you from James. This to me shows legendary customer service, gratitude & someone with old school proper etiquette. Something this world needs more of.

Moving your money can be scary.
Moving your money can be scary. When I decided to set up a precious metals IRA I had reservations and questions. Then, at my request, they sent me information I could go through by myself without feeling pressured.
