I was there today, really the worse customer service, the manager was unfriendly. She charged me 28$ instead of 26$ the real price. In addition to that whenever I have a discount they tried to tell me its acceptable only online so they want me to purchase the product as regular price. I don't recommend this place at all....Very very expensive and the woman manager there is not professional and rude...stay away people. Iam not interested in your email anymore so I will unsubscribe right now. You really lost a very good customer .

I have used BirchBox before and it was a total disaster - My address is around the back of a building which is very clearly outlined at the front of my block of flats, there is actually a metal sign next to the other post boxes detailing this. Anyway they delivered it somewhere and I never received it. I asked for another one and happened to catch the delivery man this time round, throwing the box on the porch - when we are around the back. The box is a mess from being thrown and I cancel my subscription. This time around I gave them another try along with Glossybox (WHO ARE AMAZING IN COMPARISON) and low and behold they have messed up again, my box was never delivered (tried my work address this time) to a different address which is manned by a receptionist 8-6. They sent me another replacement - and it has items missing. This company is seriously crap. There main issue is delivery because the customer service is not too bad (although you can never get through on the phone) Don't bother is my advice.

My experience has been pretty bad. To start with I gave them the benefit of doubt as I know sometimes things just go wrong but now I'm not too sure. I bought a subscription for my mum's birthday. The box didn't arrive. After contacting them they immediately sent another out, great! The box arrived in poor condition, with no presentation, no card from me to say it was a birthday gift and no instructions on how to retrieve the subscription. I asked to cancel the subscription and was told no :( However they did offer me a 4th box for free. Box number 2 was sent to my mum before she had the chance to complete her profile, such a shame. She was really upset and I decided to redirect the future boxes to myself and buy her something else. Next let down - box number 2 never arrived! I have contacted the company 3 times, no response :( I just don't understand, it's such a shame as I thought the concept was great and would be an enjoyable gift. I hope this is just a one-off and other people don't have the same experience. *Update* I've emailed that address 4 times this week :( No feedback *Update 2* Thank you for your response, the phone number you have provided doesn't work? It is a deadline?

I'm a huge fan, great products every month at a very low cost.

I have been using Birchbox for a few months now and I must say it is absolutely fabulous! I am a product junkie so I love getting my box every month to try products before I buy them. I also loved that you receive points when you buy from Birchbox which eventually results in money off products. If there has ever been a minor error with my order the customer service team have always resolved it extremely fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Birchbox and have got a lot of my friends hooked already!

New here but there seems to be better " items" in other monthly boxes. I specified No shaving-guess what I got? SHAVING CREAM.. Eye pallet??? tiny.. Paid for a year~~let's see next 2 months because the ONE "SAMPLE SIZE" was trial and everything else enough for 2 uses each.
