Birchbox doesn't not stand by their products. They sent me a damaged lipstick that is unusable and will not replace it or send me another product. They did however, give me ten points. So I could go on their website, spend more money with them (plus pay for shipping). Basically, they can profit from their mistake, instead of caring about their customers. Thanks Birchbox. Glad my subscription is ending, because it's no fun paying for products you can't use.

Enjoy getting each month but I haven't been using the products as quickly as I receive so I have built up my supply (a little too much) over the years. There have been repeat products but given I've had the subscription for a few years (maybe 4), I can understand why.

Always so much fun to get the boxes in the mail. Great way to get to try new products with minimal investment.

I love Birchbox. The only issue is their shipping. I live in Seattle and my orders as well as my box take on average 1.5-2 weeks to arrive to me. In the world of Amazon, that's just too long. And strangely enough as an Ace, I used to get everything in like 2 days. Not sure what happened but I am seriously starting to reconsider ordering things I need because they take too long to get here.

I have used Birchbox before and loved their service. I am so excited to continue my subscription that I purchased the year plan!

I applied birchbox points, and the price I agreed to charge to my card reflected the points being spent, but then I was charged full price and the points were not accounted for.

When I first subscribed to Birchbox I was nervous if this concept would work for me. Needless to say I was hooked after I received and opened my first box, which I still have every gorgeous box !!! I love the curated box and usually choose that choice. This month I chose the all sample box and I am so excited and cannot wait to receive it. We get two or three choices every month. I wasn't computer savy before this time and now I can get anywhere I need to on the user friendly website. I have also discovered that I could use just one site to purchase all my beauty needs and then some. They also have a fabulous loyalty program, I am an ACE. The website clearly tells you how this works. You receive emails letting you know what reward programs are available for you to shop with. I am buying products that I have never heard of or heard of and thought that they were too expensive for my budget. But with the normal rewards, one of which is receiving a point for every dollar you spend and points acrue, then you spend your points and you can buy an item for free!!! What a great concept, then to top it off you get a fabulous free gift with every purchase!!! Everything from two deluxe samples to a $50 knockout hair turban!!! The gifts are added so often that you have a wide variety of choices. There are just so many wonderful things that you receive when you purchase or you are gifted a Birchbox membership. It opens a whole world of beauty products, the latest and most sought after products. Lastly, they have one of the best customer service teams. They respond in a very quick fashion and they usually have already resolved the issue and are letting you know the resolution. I am thrilled that I took a chance on Birchbox and that Birchbox has shown me a truly novel way to experience online shopping without regrets and so much fun. From shopping online to receiving the products...each box is like receiving the first box. It never gets old for me and I am 55.
