Great products and great service. Through Birchbox I've found amazing products that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. I've gotten Hair products to get perfectly smooth hair, which I've never had. They also have great hair tools and candles I love.

I first signed up for Birchbox Man not knowing much about grooming and skin care outside of what I saw in the department store. I knew what I was buying from the big companies wasn't that effective and there had to be better out there. Enter Birchbox Man. I was looking for a place I could try different products for a few months and figure out what works best for my skin type, which brands I enjoy most, and clear up my face. And, it worked. Every month I was excited to pick up my box from the mailroom. When I first ordered, my box was lost in the mail. I had no issue with customer service who kindly offered to extend my subscription a month. I really enjoyed that the Birchbox store carried the full sized versions of the products they sent me. One stop shopping is always my preference. I now have clear skin and an increased knowledge of what works and what doesn't for me. I also enjoy the fact that I am supporting companies trying to make better skincare for everyone, not just one size fits all useless products.

Worst customer service. No phone number. Auto renewing a subscription without notification or requesting. Question...why would i buy a 3 month subscription when you have longer options.... if i want it to continue. Then you can cancel on the internet, you have to wait for an email from a rep that says they will call you but they don't.

Customer service needs improvement. I could do without the sarcasm of some of their customer service support team. I want to contact a live person, not spending my precious time searching the web for answers, links, numbers, etc....Very, very frustrating experience. Also, Birchbox should add some perks that are more geared toward the customers instead of launching a veiled campaign that mostly benefits their profits. Customers need more excitement, afterall, there is only so much one can do with a pretty box.

Absolutely horrible company. No way to contact customer service and they don't respond. Charged me for a second subscription that I did not purchase with no email or any type of notification that they were going to charge me again.

I always loved the variety and quantity of samples I received, they may be small but they are samples...that's the point, I think it's worth it if you really like trying new products for men.

Smallest samples I ever received! The samples were also nothing I could use, I filled out my beauty profile perfectly, only to have it ignored. This was my first box, definitely my last too!
