Box design is the best bit, disappointment begins on opening!
The boxes themselves are beautiful but the contents are so disappointing. They are tiny samples that you could get for free walking into any department store. Also the boxes are ever so slightly too big for the letterbox so you get collection cards which is a pain if you work. I've never heard of most of them. They are really inconsistent. My sister and I have exactly the same profile and got different products. Some months she got 7 items and I always got 5. We signed up for the £7.95 first box deal and both paid full price. We gave it a few months but continued to be disappointed so have cancelled to try another beauty box company. Don't waste your money.

Certain samples come in smaller packages, but this is typically in the case where a little of the product goes a long way—it’s also dependent on the manufacturer and the brand’s discretion. It's our goal to provide you with samples each month so you can get a feel for new products and discover some amazing additions to your routine without having to commit to a spending money on and using full sized products before you're ready. As a beauty discovery service, we try to match you up with samples of beauty products that we think you'll love. Our mission is to introduce you to new products, which may include brands you’re not familiar with. We want to bring you high-end products from all categories from both well-known retailers you’ve had your eye on to smaller, niche brands that may turn into your new favorite. We only want to share the most effective products with you, and we won’t sell or sample a product that doesn’t have our stamp of approval. Although you and your sister have similar Beauty Profiles, it does not guarantee you will receive similar samples. It sounds like your sister may have received a bonus in her box to go alongside another sample she received.You’ll never receive a packette in place of a regular sample—they’ll be included from time to time as a little something extra.
