Nonetheless, our web team is working on ways to improve our website and overall ordering. We currently have a 'Take me to my invoice' button on our check out page that takes you straight to your invoice and bypasses all upsells. Your order was a one-time purchase but it got configured on our backend as a subscription for one month which was scheduled to end a day before the recurring date.
