Your ordering process was easy enough but I only gave 4 stars rather than 5 stars due to the additional promotional tactics used at the end of placing my order. I’d like to be able to simply submit my order without being lured into buying additional product. It was a little annoying. I’m looking forward to trying your product however as it received solid reviews from The Whole View podcast, a resource I like and trust.

I love your product but the website can be a bit confusing. When I placed my order, it looked as though I signed up for a subscription which I didn't want to do. I went back and tried to check but couldn't figure it out. I guess I'll have to wait and see if something comes next month. That being said, I truly love the product and will continue to use it.

We did not like the aggressive tactics used following placing our order. The screen says do not go back or you risk doubling your order. But it appears that the order is not complete so we were stuck watching these commercials for 10 minutes! We were scared to go backwards or to leave the screen. Finally we opened a new tab to check if our order went through. Not a fun experience. I respect your company because I’ve heard about you on the Intermittent Fasting Podcast But this aggressive business tactic has me rethinking whether or not I want to continue using your website or perhaps I will just order from Amazon if we like your product.
