By far the best magnesium I have ever had. I noticed in my recovery and sleep. I also noticed the difference taking the mass enzyme before and after food . I feel so much better. Definitely best product on market.

I didn't expect to notice a difference after only 24hrs, but i did. Massenzymes along with the P3-0M turned me into a believer. I'm having an ankle swelling issue and this combo took about 70% of my pain away in the first 24hrs. I don't know how or why, but I'm okay with that. No joke. After a few days I've noticed it improving to closer to 90% and I'm only a week in. The funny part is, I bought these only to clean up my stomach after watching the video on YouTube that I'm sure you've seen. You owe it to yourself to try it. You won't look back.
