Excellent company.

Worst ordering ever

The website platform and ordering gets a big fat 2.2 but the customer service department gets a 6.0.

easy to use web site with lots of info (disclaimer. I didn’t use info except for product I was buying and that was easy to find) However rating before delivery makes me uncomfortable

Sheila was so helpful and pleasant. She showed me the best plan to purchase the magnesium that I have benefited from these last three weeks. The magnesium has helped me and I decided to get a monthly subscription.

I wish that the pop ups to buy other products weren’t there. They’re a little condescending in the way they basically make you feel like you don’t want to get healthy when you click the no thanks button.... It seems very unprofessional. Otherwise I think it’s a good place to buy supplements.

Sheila is an amazing lady! I just love talking with her and I trust her to direct me to what I need and to help me get set up so that it is of the greatest benefit to me. She is so knowledgeable and helpful... but also real and personable! Hang on to that one... she's a keeper!

I had a slight issue with the billing, but the bioptimizers team helped me out with no issues after. I've always had a positive experience with their products, so the issue did not outweigh the benefit. I absolutely recommend anyone to use their products as they are tested and are the perfect quality. I've listened to a few of Wade and Matt's podcast and they are super knowledgeable and will always provide the facts that can help optimize your health overall.
