The devices are amazing! I suffer with a version of CMT and have peripheral neuropathy because of this condition. These devices are helping to improve my quality of life and the long term health of my legs.

The only thing that I would change is the availability of an in-person visit with PT at a location near me. And this may change in the future. However, they are very prompt in answering any questions that I have had. I am very happy with the quick response time, and concern.

Am enjoying my Bionesswalking aid .My advisor is very helpful, came the day I had called re: settings I am so happy I can easily get it over. Pants only thing that could be improved on is a better system of charging. I would dearly like to have a system that doesn’t require charging each nite after wearing all day. Guess I’m just LAZY !
