I love this equipment for my daughter. She has the R arm n R leg devices and both helped loosen up areas that were stiff and allow more movement for her. Plus, her other doctors who didn't know about this equipment yet are very impressed and please as well. Thank you Father up above for giving the knowledge to those who worked hard to invent the equipment.

They stayed the course working with the insurance after a couple of declines and finally got me approved.

I am enjoying the H200 and I have incorporated doing the programs to gain function with my right hand. Joe Banach my sales rep is knowledgeable and trained me on the equipment and he is always available via email or phone. Marlene Trejos is fantastic as well. I will strongly recommend Bioness to anyone looking to gain hand function using the H2OO or the L200 for the lower extremity.

Local rep as well as customer service rep in Memphis were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. My device ended up not working for me however I had to go through the process to find out if it would. Great product, great device, and great people. I'm disappointed in it's ability to record total steps for a day. It seems to randomly re-set to zero steps at various times during a day. When I sit for a while and then start walking, it doesn't seem to work properly. After walking for a while, it then seems OK.

This device is what I've been hoping for for years, it's amazing!

I had a stroke on 2/22/2022 and developed drop foot on my right side. My out patient PT Bob Sempler recommended I look at the Bioness System. Hannah Miles came down to Guilford, Ct and demonstrated it on me and another patient. I immediately was walking without a noticeable limp and wanted to purchase the system. Kathleen Neri at Bioventus helped get the prescription and was refused payment by my insurance, but set me up with a 24 month interest free payment. On August 8th Hannah and a new trainee set me up and explained the system to me. I'm glad that we start off at 20 minutes and build from there. Hannah and I met a week later, did some minor adjustments, programmed it into my phone and there was looking back. I do 4500 to 5500 steps a day, played golf and did 10,500 steps yesterday. I have no problem lining the cuff up properly, charge the unit every evening and find I am walking with better balance and am building up my stamina daily. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is the unit cost, it's out of range for so many people that really need it. Perhaps pressure on Medicare or partial coverage would enhance availability.

IMPRESSIVE IMPROVEMENTS from a MASSIVE STROKE My husband had a massive stroke Our OT introduced us to Bioness We purchased the leg device first It is truly amazing and my husband is now able to lift his stroke leg so easily! Before the device we had to lift from his AFO and it took 2 people to help him walk. Now just 1 of us has to guide him along! The Bioness leg device lifts his stroke leg and gave my husband so much confidence It has 3 modes. Walking/Bicycle/Exercise He is also able to bike ride on our exercise bike between 3 to 4 miles at least 3 x weekly on the bike mode! Then we purchased the hand/arm device. His fingers are straightening out, his grip is getting stronger and it has made his arm much stronger We have seen daily progress with Bioness and are very impressed I urge anyone who has a loved one that needs therapy to purchase their devices. You will be impressed
