This company is pathetic
This company is pathetic. They have no customer service, no caring and very unprofessional individuals. Only callous, no good, uncaring individuals who do not care about helping anyone. I have been trying to get an evaluation for 9 months!! And still to do this day, nothing. I have been cancelled on, ignored and left hanging for 9 months. They have no interest in doing business. I'm not sure how they even stay in business. Run, dont walk away from this company. Their rot comes from the top down. Nothing but excuses from their VP of Sales right down to their pathetic sales reps. Not a company that cares before the sale or after the sale. If you have a walking disability this company does not care about you. They should be investigated for discrimination. Thier response is in error. I was contacted to schedule an evaluation by someone who has cancelled on me several times. The evaluator cancelled on me several times sometimes hours before my appointment. Did they offer an eval, yes but it was cancelled many times. They are the PROBLEM despite their conciliatory response. DO not believe their BS. They have no one capable of empathy or wanting to provide assistance. They are a pathetic excuse for a company.
