I have completed 3 weeks of my 4 week …
I have completed 3 weeks of my 4 week trial. I ran into some issues in my 2nd week. No matter where I placed the device, my foot was not moving in an up and down motion but was moving in. I was able to get a pt rep to meet me. Sarah reset the controller and it has been working much better. My only suggestion would be if the pt person could do weekly follow ups on the device at the user's residence during the 30 day trial. The suggestion is up to 8 visits for adjustments during the trial but it is not easy for me to get to the rehab center where I met the rep. As this is an expensive device not covered by my insurance, having a convenient location for adjustments is very important and is a factor in whether I will be keeping the device.

Hi Eileen- Sorry to hear you were having trouble with your device configuration, happy to your Bioness rep was able to help you out. Please let us know if you have continued difficulty and we can schedule additional time to adjust your device at the Bioness Trained Rehab Facility closest to you. Unfortunately, our reps have trouble meeting at individual residences on a weekly basis due to limited time & resources. We recommend your therapy sessions take place at a Bioness Trained Rehab Facility because they provide the best service due to the specialized training they’ve received. In addition, they act as a central meeting point for many clients allowing our reps to serve as many people and be as efficient as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope your remaining trial period is successful. Sincerely, The Bioness Web Marketing Team
