I have been using the Bioness for about 3 months for my drop-foot. It has made a tremendous difference in my walk. The more I use it, the more improvement I get.

Problems encountered with L300plus
I've had the L300 plus for 2 months now. So far, the use has been average. While it helps, with gait and training, the system beeps randomly all day. There is no pattern or reason that I or my therapist can find. I have talked to customer service a couple of times and haven't received a solution that has resolved the problem. I haven't tried to use it while at work yet, but I can expect the random audible beeping can be quite disrupting at work. I don't know what I can do about it. Not sure if I would recommend this product to someone else.

Agree that could be very disruptive, especially at work. Apologize you've had to follow up multiple times for solution, with no resolution. I have had my leg and hand units for about one month and they are making so much difference to me, I am walking so much better without that painful and hot AFO. Thank you for this life changing technology, although it would be better if you can find a way to get Medicare to pay... I paid for everything myself and filed to my insurance, myself...

Talking one-on-one with a sales rep was great. The web site leaves much to be desired. The pictures loaded very slowly, and it would be useful to have current prices listed for parts and disposables. I would like to be able to order such things online, rather than going through a sales rep.
