The Bioness 300L GO is a great system
The Bioness 300L GO is a great system, I can wear any shoe or boot or go barefoot. It helps me to walk further, and reduces falls. Customer Service was good, although some of the Bioness policies, such as taking back new electrodes was a bit of a disappointment.

To start I filled in two successive…
To start I filled in two successive online web forms - nil response. Second phoned in got cut off no call back followed by an attempt by me to call back - no answer. Sent e-mail and got a response offering me a meet in Monterey (I live in Los Altos Hills). Met an excellent lady in Monterey. She thought I was from Salinas and had a problem on the right. In fact I have stroke damage on the left. Was there another John Knight in Salinas? She had spent the earlier part of the day in Cupertino 5 miles from my home. The following day I received a reminder re the Monterey appointment! Chris is tina gives good phone support but her voicemail msg states that she'll return calls within 48 working hours(6 days??). Sales needs attn in a big way

From walker to walking
I had to use a walker before I started using the Bioness L300. The new GO devices will allow me to use them without the heel plate ( gait sensor) which was causing some foot issues for me. Customer service is great, insurance company denied my first claim but I was able to appeal the decision with a lot of help from Bioness staff.

The devices are amazing
The devices are amazing. The L300 Go makes me feel like I’m not disabled when I walk. The H200 Wireless has made my hand much looser.

The personnel at Bioness
The personnel at Bioness, people like Allison, Natalie, and Kristine, do an outstanding job in making sure that patients are fitted with the proper Bioness devices. The Bioness staff are extremely efficient, professional, and most of all, caring!

This is my second Bioness
This is my second Bioness. Anxious to be fitted with less complicated system. As an MS patient since 1984, the Bioness moved me from a scooter and AFO to walking independently.
