My review of the L300Go (or, as I call it, the Doodad)
The L300Go (I call it the Doodad) is working as it should. Liz was very good about getting me started with it. There was some confusion from the company as to where and when I should meet her but I resolved that with a phone call to her. She met me at my Physical Therapists office which was very helpful as he could also assess my gait with and without the doodad. There are a couple of things that concern me: the cost is prohibitive for most people and insurance won't help. Why is that? Another cause for concern is that you won't take them back after 30 days which does not seem like enough time to really try it out. One other concern was when I asked Liz the cost of new electrodes she wouldn't give me an answer which tells me that they are very expensive. I feel complete honesty is best.

Hi Nancy, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We understand your concern regarding cost and insurance reimbursement. We will work with any insurer to determine if a device is covered. Generally, insurance companies set their own policies and are very slow to reimburse for new product categories, such as the L300 Go or H200 Wireless. We promise we are working every day with insurers to provide the necessary clinical efficacy. Regarding product returns and trials, we will forward your concern to the appropriate Bioness team for consideration. If there is any way we can continue to provide service, please reach out us. Sincerely, The Bioness Web Marketing Team
