Product is amazing, customer service is very poor
Product is amazing. Terrible customer service. If I didn’t want the product so bad I would have quit dealing with company within a month. (Phone calls not returned, paperwork not filed on time, Didn’t seem like this company was working to get/sell me the device).

I just recently started using my Bioness L300 and I really do like it. I have a drop foot from multiple sclerosis and does help pick up my foot.

The L300 Go seems like a good device…
The L300 Go seems like a good device and will hopefully yield benefits over time. I'm not pleased that they make you pay for the phone app after spending so much for the unit that insurance does not cover. The app has a number of bugs that need a to be worked out, too.

Bioness
The device is not as user friendly as I’d hoped it would be. The mobile device doesn’t work consistently and the settings seem inconsistent based on the age and amount of moisture on the disposable sponge.

I have had my L300 for 10 years now, and I love it, it gave me back my independence.

All Good thing to say about Bioness
Hi everyone, one of rare few that have had a Bioness L300 since 2012, I believe.🤔 have c5c6 Spinal Cord Injury.. had been using wired Neurostim devices with wired foot trigger(pressure switch) all the wires, what hassle. Then I found Bioness L300, superior to Walkaide IMHO. Between my Rep and PT and a lot of adaptation kicked off AFO. After a week knew was perfect for me, within 2 months barely a limp(had to wear shorts in public so people didn5 knock me down. ;) Just spoke with my Rep Julie to try out L300go, time for upgrade! Just wanted everyone here to know stick with it. Will re-educate you system. Good Luck, GOD Bless Dane

My husband got his bioness (2 units for…
My husband got his bioness (2 units for right thigh and right lower leg) since early this year. He waited more than a yr to get it from the VA. It was a disappointment! He used it once then the thigh unit staryed acting up. The light on the unit will intermittently just turn solid red and stop working. We called Bioness a few times and were told it will take weeks to fix the problem. Bioness said it is a firmware problem. For a $13k device and they can’t even fux the problem sooner. What a disappointment!
