Website navigation, ordering and shipping were great. Very easy and very informative. Unfortunately the product didn't completely work. Tough auto mildew smell. It did relieve it a little but didn't quite live up to the way it was advertise. Thanks anyway.

UPDATE: Biocide to the rescue! Though the initial delivery was no fault of theirs, per my original post below, Biocide contacted me and offered to honor my original order at no cost to me. They re-shipped -- & this time, it was actually delivered! Haven't used it yet--it's for a rental property--but have high hopes. Kudos to Biocide for their EXCELLENT customer service! Older post: Unfortunately, I never received my order -- it's not Biocide's fault. The U.S. Post Office has apparently lost the package. They reported it as having been delivered, but it was not, so now I'm battling with them. Meanwhile, I'm out $$, and still have a stinky condo that needs to be fumigated. Planning to call Biocide to see if they purchased insurance on the package (I paid for 2-day USPS shipping), but am guessing they did not. Very disappointing, but not Biocide's fault. When I first called to find out where the package was, they were very responsive.

Did research on actual permanent odor removal and fell on chlorine dioxide. Biocide systems was fast and easy to deal with. Once I got the package in the mail I waited until dark and followed the instructions. I left it over night for full results. Also ran the air for a few mins to clean the ducts. Results were awsome. No sour milk smell from split milk. And truck had a strange odor before that. With having cloth seats it still has a slight chlorine smell after a week but it is going away. I much rather smell that than the previous odor. Very happy customer will do business again. They are also the cheapest price. Thanks dioxide systems

My husband and I moved into a rental home. The past owner was a smoker and the house smelled so bad it even left our clothes smelling like smoke. I tried everything to get rid of the smell and nothing worked. Biocide Systems came up when I was searching about ways to get rid of the smell and it worked wonders!! Our home is around 850 square feet. I bought one for each room and the smell is completely gone! I am completely satisfied and will recommend this product time and time again. Thank you!!

I ordered and received my Auto Shocker and Home Shocker within a couple days. The pricing was good especially when buying more than one item. I was already familiar with the Auto Shocker product because I relied on this product when I owned my own auto detail shop. I recently purchased a car that I am restoring so Auto Shocker came to the rescue again.

The product doesn't work. I followed the instructions that were given , nothing happened. Don't buy this product.

, it did not get rid of the pet odor in my guest bedroom it still smells like cats very disappointed in your product

It is a little confusing as how the product works, it eliminates odor caused by mold and mildew , but it doesn't say if it actually kills the mold. Haven't tried it yet but hope it actually kills the mold.
