It will take a lot more work than just using the biocide stuff to get the smoke smell out of our newly purchased home. And it was a really expensive experiment. We will be reviewing the satisfaction guarantee and requesting a refund.

Purchased two orders and not happy with the results thus far - they did little to remove cat smell from two areas. Also, I sent two separate emails asking Biocides Systems to apply my coupon, which I forgot to do when I placed the order, and they did not. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied, first time customer!

Grandmother spent seven years in her room chain smoking. The used to be white curtains, beige walls, and furniture are covered with a film of sticky tar. No one visits me the frail 86 woman cried. Biocide works!! I bought my Dads home which had been smoked in for 50 years. Doing one room at a time, following instructions (important key), this product works fantastic. Also used the one for Automobiles in a truck that stunk. It worked fantastic too! If you're able to leave the home for 24 hours and treat every room at the same time, that's the optimal solution. I am loving Biocide!! So much more reasonable than commercial options for a real solution to stink, especially smoke odors!!
