Product did not work and No money back
Product did not work and I didn't keep foil pack so no guarantee-as instructions say to dispose after use . I had high expectations so was let down. Doesn't work on mildew odors at all. Maybe it works on other stuff-read the guarantee in detail and prepare for the worst.

In regards to our guarantee, we include a Warranty Card with every order explaining our guarantee and how it works including the URL to our complete guarantee policy. However, when customer do not read the policy and throw away the foil packets, we do offer to replace the product for free to apply a second time.
