Dear Jamie, We are sorry our product did not work to your satisfaction, however, based on your description, it seems that you did not follow our pet urine protocol. When dealing with pet Urine, you have to use two different products. The first product you should have used is our Liquid Shocker, this creates a liquid for of Chlorine Dioxide which is used to soak the area where the pets were urinating, this help break done the crystallized urine stuck deep in the floor boards. Once you have soaked the floor area with the Urine, then you use the room shocker. Our Bio-Shocker products are definitely up for the tough jobs, they just need to be used with the proper protocols. Dear Customer, Thank you for your kind review, when it comes to extreme odors, nothing beats our Auto Shocker. We understand that you had a small amount of odors that came back, and we'd like to explain what could have happened. Our product produces a fixed amount of Chlorine Dioxide vapor, and the product works on a molecule to molecule basis, and if there is an excessive amount of odor, more odor molecules that there is ClO2 molecules, then you will fall short of 100% elimination.
