Good product, delivered when needed

They were so amazing! Service was in two days! They picked up my AC units and then two days later they reinstalled them all beautiful and clean and working again! Julissa is the BEST! She is so organized and on the ball!!

We have a garage that was used as a gathering/card room, in the winter especially. Years of cigar and cigarette smoke that needed to be mitigated. We tried everything and nothing removed it. Then we found Biocide Systems while doing an online search. We purchased the 4 pack Room Shocker kit. I called Customer Service and explained our situation. Although one Room Shocker indicated a 400 sq ft area, the smoke smell was intense. Customer Service advised using two containers. We did just that and after the 24 hour period we opened up the garage and we couldn't believe how effective this product is. Thank you Biocide Systems for a wonderful product, worth every penny.

I've been looking for a product to get the stuffy, damp smell out our RV. I was hoping this would be the one but it was not.

Used the product to try and eliminate pet rodent odor. Started by sealing the floor, then cutting out a section of the floorboard that was stained so thought I had taken care of the problem. Still strong residual smell which has improved since using the Room Shocker. Not totally gone but better. Customer service said I should have used the liquid shocker in combination. I was told I’d get a call back but did not.

Existing odor is significantly less, however not there is the odor of the Biocide treatment. Better but not great.
