I put 2 in our boat due to a musty smell and it made NO difference. Another total waste of money!

Followed detailed instructions, however this product did not work. Car still has bad odor.

Hi Guys It is probably my fault I took it out of the car after 5 hours. It was a really bad cigarette smell. If you want to send me another kit i would be willing to put it in for 24 hours.I would then be willing to put forth another review.

I tried using the room odor remover this past weekend in two rooms. One worked fine. The other packet disintegrated and little crystals went out on m dresser, clothes, bed and carpet. I called to see how it should safely be cleaned up. it took 3 days for someone to contact me about the problem. They offered to refund my money or replace the product. I elected to replace it and will report my experience. They did take the lot number to review the data.

We had a bedroom with damage to the floor. The room smelled terrible. After using 4 other products without success, we tried Biocide. Within 48 hours the room smells clean with no chlorine residual odor! We will use this again, the first time, if we ever have a awful smell to get rid of. Thanks!!

I had used 2 of the RV shocker on a 30 foot camper and it worked well for the most part but after airing the camper out after 24 hrs there was still a residual mildew smell left.

From the the initial phone conversation, it was evidence that BIO-CIDE Systems was the organization who would answer to my frustrations. Employees who are skilled, principled and have character is the blood of a organization. Making another phone call to S.L, using creativity and purchasing a new air filter, I am functioning at a new normal.

Did not work, wasted money.
