OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

I probably had a severe problem with dog urine and crap on a wood floor. The company was very helpful when ever I called for advice. They even sent, at no cost, additional products to try and resolve the issue. It never totally got rid of the odor until we sanded the floor, stained it and recoated it with clear varnish.

I have not received my order!

I had high hopes for this product. “”So I am sad to have to write this review!!”” “”We bought it for a Rental Home we own.”” What a let down when it did not do what they claimed it would do. I followed the directions to the letter. I even taped black plastic on all windows and doors even garage door. My house was totally empty only the walls, ceiling, and concrete floors. Everything else had been removed Except drywall.! For major renovation. The house is 1,230 sq feet I used 10 room shockers which should do a 4,000 Sq foot home. “As I had seen many reviews saying they should have used more” I figured overkill instead of under kill”” Once we started the process we waited a full 24 hours before re-entry My girl friend and college age daughter both are still disgusted at smell in the home. Of cigarettes and animal urine and they both say a musty smell also. We even used 1 of the liquid shockers to clean the concrete with it claims makes 20 gallons I only mixed it for 10 gallons so double strength.once applied waited 24 hours before re-entry and 4 days before doing room shockers. I can’t say if I got a bad batch or not all I can say is it did not work. I took pictures and videos of the process just in case I had issues as I trust no one when they say 100% guaranteed to work. As most places want to fault you instead of just standing behind their claims. Unsure how the return process will go will be calling tomorrow “Monday” Quick update went through the return process. The first thing they tried to do was fault me. By saying I was supposed to spray the liquid shocker on floors multiple times in a day. When the directions 100% Clearly say to mop it on! I took a picture of the directions emailed it to them. They had no more excuses at that point! They refunded my money! Atleast they stood behind their claims.

This product did not work at all. Definitely not worth the money I spent. Could not tell any difference in smell at all.

This product may be great. However, despite the FAQ that says you can use it while living in a home, the instruction say to turn off ventilation systems and cover ducts to isolate the room. Since I live in AZ and cannot turn off my A/C for a day, it's useless.

I ordered four of these . Every container exploded within 5 minutes. This is so frightening. I had just finished setting up the last and was in another room and heard what sounded like fireworks. I saw pieces of the container scattered. I took the 3 I had just set up and ran them outside to the porch. They all exploded. Horrible and frightening.

My mother's house always had an "old" smell to it when you would walk in. She never smelled it but I sure did. Anyway, I was left her house after she passed. Over the past 10 years I've basically kept the house so my cousins had a place to stay in Florida while they vacationed. You hardly ever open the windows down here because of the heat and humidity so the smell continued to get even more noticeable. I've spent soooooo much money on cleaning and purchasing products that did absolutely nothing!! When I saw your add I figured I'd try this new product. I placed one in the garage and the others in the house and seriously said a prayer. Next day I came into the house and I seriously couldn't believe that the house smelled wonderful!!!! I'm still in shock! To actually have a product get rid of a constant smell in one day amazes me. I'll be purchasing more in the very near future and will spread the word to those who are dealing with unwanted smells in their homes. Thank you soooooo much!!!👍
