Very impressed. One treatment really knocked back the musty funk in the shed that I could not get rid of through cleaning alone. Easy to use. I left the door and windows sealed for 24 hours and had no lingering chemical odor. I may try a treatment in the teenager's bedroom, another source of mysterious funk.

The system is good the operating instructions are horrible and very confusing on how to use and what to mix into what . and do you tear and pour all powder into the cup or what, very confusing

I put 2 containers in my RV took the white bag out and put it inside the cup, used their small measuring cup to measure 1 in 2 each 1 of them. Waited 24 hours, went back in there to see how it worked. Not much of a change at all. $50 for nothing

Worked well for first day but smell is coming back. Never completely gone.

5 days after using the product our car still smells like a pool but not even a hint of cigarette smoke! This car was BAD when we got it, we shampooed every soft surface, scrubbed the whole vehicle but the smell still lingered. After using the car shocker the there is not even a hint of smoke smell! Super impressed. I hope it lasts for life but it was already worth it

Hello, We are sorry that you are upset. However, we have looked into your order and you placed your order on Aug. 15th which was a Sunday. We shipped it out on Monday, Aug. 16th. Our website clearly states that we are open Monday- Friday, therefore any weekend orders get shipped the following business day, which your order was. The tracking shows that your order was delivered this morning on Aug. 23rd, exactly 1 week from when it shipped. You chose regular First Class shipping through USPS, not expedited shipping, and that is how long it takes USPS to get a package to you in MN that is coming from CA.

Dear Danita, While our website has extensive amounts of information on our products and how to use them, we understand that sometimes some don't grasp the content, and we would gladly accept your return and provide a refund, we don't feel its fair that we get a one star review, as you have not use our product to evaluate it daily. Please contact our customer service department (877-792-4624) for a refund, and we hope you reconsider your review as you did not use our product. Kind Regards Biocide Systems
