Bio-Cide is hands down the best odor killer I've ever used. We have used it in pet areas, sick rooms, and an unfortunate run in with a skunk on our front porch. Never let us down! Think people who aren't happy with it, aren't paying attention to instructions and expiration dates. Used it to help a friend with out of control cats that never expected to get her rental deposit back. Her landlord commented he'd never have guessed she owned cats when they did their exit walk through.

Wow! I have tried so many things and I was skeptical but unbelievable!!!!

Moved into a new apartment and the former tenant had a german roach infestation. I've been an exterminator for years and eliminated the roach problem and the apartment was empty for 3 months but we could not get rid of that nasty smell even with two HEPA filters running and disinfecting the entire apartment and changing the carpet and painting. Then I read about this stuff, ordered it and used Biocide room shocker and let the apartment fumigate for 12 hours. Came back to the apartment and that disgusting roach smell was completely gone. There was no chlorine odor. There was no odor at all. This stuff works. It's been three days now and the smell is totally eliminated. Not only that I have peace of mind knowing that chlorine dioxide has penetrated into the areas that I could not reach with disinfectant. I know this stuff kills mold and bacteria and now there is no odor in the apartment and I have peace of mind. This stuff is wonderful

Shipping was slow and product didn't remove smell.

I do believe this is a good product, but it didn't do the horrible mouse smell in our car with the first shot. The company was wonderful and sent me another. I did the car again and that did the trick. I would recommend this product and company.
