Unfortunately this did not work for me. I followed the directions exactly as written. I'm glad others had a good experience perhaps there was something defective with the one I received.

Terrible product - Maybe even dangerous. Crappy Customer Service Purchased this room shocker a couple of weeks ago. Followed the instructions meticulously. The product was clumped into a solid lump, so we broke it up as directed in the instructions Poured on the small container of warm water for the product to fizz and hiss, then explode up out of the container and splash my face and neck area with whatever water becomes when added to this product Pleased I was wearing glasses, otherwise who knows what could have happened to my eyes Informed the company, who gave me the run-around for several day before offering a replacement or refund I chose the refund option, (why would I subject myself to that danger again?) only to have to write to them again to find out how long it would take to be refunded. Received an immediate PARTIAL refund after the email, but they nickel and dime'd me out of the shipping costs Why should I be out of pocket because of their faulty product? BUYERS BE AWARE THAT THIS STUFF COULD SERIOUSLY INJURE YOU

I work for the state and we have vehicles that are used by all different staff. Some of the cars get a smell that regular cleaning doesn't eliminate. I bought some of your car bombs and it took care of it! Thank you for a great product that was easy to use! It didn't just mask the smell with perfume, it neutralized it.

It didn't work to remove mothball smell. Beware that on their website where it says guarantee spot, it doesn say you have to keep and send in foil pack. I was told by Leslie that the area on the page isn't big enough to have this important info listed. I see there is plenty space in thr money back claims must be filed within 30 days of purchase. Plenty of room in that line to put (return foil pack).But they can have... if you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund your money immediately. This is not true. After several emails back and forth the only solution they gave me was to send another. If it didn't work once and I followed instructions dont believe it will this next time.i even offered for Leslie to come out and check that it didn't work for herself. I didnt have anymore questions so no need to go to faq pg. Money back is money back. However not with them.

I used two room shockers in a 300 square ft basement that had pet and musty odors. After 12 hours, the smell is still there with a slight smell of chlorine on top. I'm very disappointed in the results.

I was really hopeful with all the great reviews. I moved into an apartment where the previous renter was a serious smoker. Every time I walked into the place I would be hit with the smell. Worse, I learned what the toxic off-gassing was doing to me and my pets. I first bought a set of 4 Biocide Room Shocker. I placed it in the apartment while my pets and I were able to stay out for 24 hours. Afterwards, there was little to no difference. I decided to try it again after reading some reviews that said they had to do it twice. This time I bought the pack of 10 and decided to put some of them up into the ac vent areas too. I was very hopeful that my 1100 sq/ft apartment with 10 Room Shockers would for sure be clean smelling in a short 24 hours. I vacated once again to give it the full 24 hours to work and left the apartment with window blinds/curtains closed and ready to receive it's treatment ( carefully watched all sorts of videos to make sure I followed every thing necessary). Still after the smell of the "chlorine" dissipated the next day, right behind it was the smoke smell, still seeping out of the walls. I ended up painting the entire apartment ( ceilings, trim doors, walls, etc) with Zinsser BIN and that worked. Just a note: before I moved in the new owner had gutted the apartment and installed all new cabinetry, light fixtures, blinds, everything new. They had painted, but as i learned in my research, smoke smell/gas eventually pushes back through regular paint. So all the Biocide had to do was its magic on the walls/ceilings and of course my clothes and fabrics in the apartment that had absorbed smell by just being in the apartment for a short weeks time. I really had hoped Biocide would work. I will be contacting them to see about their "Satisfaction Garunteed" policy.
