Binders excellent, but $50 duty unexpected and made binders out of my league for future.
The binders are excellent in every way, but the $50 duty was unexpected and made the binders out of my league for future orders.

Greetings, Thank you very much for the great review and for taking a moment to share your experience. I understand completely that there is considerable cost involved in International purchases. We do try and make it clear on our web site (extra click through and notices) and we try to call or Email everyone making their first International purchase to make sure that our customers are aware that there will be extra fee's and duties imposed when the items cross the boarder. I hope that Binders you did purchase will give you many years of great use. Kind Regards & Thank you again! Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service
