My wife and I recently bought a Moll Champion desk from a company that is no longer in business. When the desk was not functioning properly, I called your firm and spoke to Paul Stucky. He was both knowledgeable and helpful. We needed a small part that he sent free of any charge. And then when I had difficulty installing the part, he sent me instructions. He even suggested I send him a video of the difficulty that he would send to Germany for advice as that is where the desk was manufactured. Fortunately that was not necessary as we were able to get it to work. Throughout the entire process Paul was a gem. If I need to buy any office materials in the future, I can assure you we will bring our business to you. Thank you. Glen Palman

Quick service, good product. Just a bit expensive for a non-business purchaser, but the quality is worth it, now that I have the product. I will go back to these good folks when I need to.

We ordered several steel filing shelves, which we love (after we figured out how to assemble them properly), but shipping took much longer than expected and I had to communicate several times with the company to figure out when to expect the shipment to arrive at our offices. Other than that, we love our shelves and are sure they will last a very long time!

Greetings, Thank you very much for your business and feedback. We appreciate both! I apologize for any misunderstanding when you purchased the special order shelving that the lead time for delivery is 4-6 weeks. We will try to better communicate this in the future. I am very glad that they have been well received. Kind Regards & thank you again! Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service
