Got what I ordered
Items as pictured, got what I ordered. However, when first entering the website I was told if I signed up for emails I would get a code for $10 off any order of $50 or more. I did this, was told to use the 'code below' but the space was completely blank. Tried again a second time, same story. Needless to say, the site wasn't working correctly and I didn't get the discount, promptly unsubscribed from daily emails. I'll order from this site not when any sale is advertised but when I need their products.

There is a sign-up-for-Email offer that has a code associated with new Emails. It looks as if your Email was already in our system from previous orders. The web site was working but the offer just did not apply to your order. I will make sure to forward this along to the web team to see if we can do a better job of making that more clear. The great news is that we did take $10.00 off of the order for you as a courtesy. We are a small business and we try to offer the highest quality items from all over the planet to our customers. We offer them at the best prices we are able to. We don't mark things up to take a lot of tremendous discounts off of them. But you might reconsider signing up to receive our Emails because from time to time there may be other discount offers you could take advantage of!
