In addition to having fantastic products for filing and organization, they have superior customer service. You even get to speak with a person! They always been able to respond to my questions specifically and graciously. No canned responses here. Your problem is their problem. Well done!

This is a nicely constructed stool and would work well in some environments. Unfortunately, for my office it does not work in the way I had envisioned it. I must say that the customer service at Bindertek was exemplary in helping me sort this out. Because of that I would give the company 5 stars ... for the product itself, I am only giving it 4 because I was unable to use it in my office. This is a great company and I will continue to buy their high quality products in the future.

Good morning Maureen, Thank you very much for your purchase of an UP Stool and for taking a moment to reach out to us on Trust Pilot. I am very sorry to hear you are so unhappy with the Stool. We have had great feedback so far. We have one here in our office and we've found it to be such a versatile and great addition to our seating. I am curious if you may not have pulled the tab to adjust the height. The height adjustment ranges from 17.7” to 24.8”. We have a pretty height diverse crowd here and everyone can use the UP Stool we have with proper adjustment. I will contact you today and see if I may help you at all with anything. Kind Regards and thank you again! Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service

Greetings, Thank you very much for your orders with Bindertek and for taking a moment to leave us your thoughts on Trust Pilot. We are a small business and we negotiate with our shipping carrier to try and provide our customers with the lowest rates we are able to. I am sorry that with smaller orders the minimum charges may seem disproportionate to the cost of the item. Thank you for the feedback. If you ever receive anything from us that is damaged or defective please contact us immediately. We want the opportunity to take care of any issues as fast and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. I will reach out to you today to see if I may be able to help you with anything. EDIT: After I posted this review, a representative from Bindetek contacted me and helped me replace all of the defective binder rings at no cost to me. The new ones they sent me are the same style but have a much tighter grip and won't bend, break, or misalign. I'm upping the review from 3 to 5 star because of the quality product that was provided (second mechanism is much better than the first) and the customer service is top notch - going above and beyond any I have ever seen in my 30 years of being a consumer. I ordered 5 one-touch barrister binders and some protective shells for a trading card collection. The exterior of the binders are fantastic. Never seen a more durable and sleek looking binder anywhere else. I especially like the spine labels - perfect for stickers to separate sets. The rings were a bit disappointing. I never once opened them by pulling them apart with my fingers and I always used the lever/paddle, but after only a few open/close actions, two of the first five binders I bought have an issue where the topmost ring is bent slightly out of alignment and has to be pushed back into it's channel manually. Plus, vinyl and polypropylene pages tend to snag on the gap and knock them out of alignment anyway when trying to turn the pages. I was hoping for a better build quality for the price I paid - plus the name is bindertek so I expected there to be more to the rings than a cheap opening mechanism. Still, they look quite nice, great on a shelf or a bookcase. I would not recommend them to anyone who plans to use them heavily, but for people who need to use them for archival purposes and rarely need to reference the contents, they are much better looking and more solid than anything you can buy in a cheap office supply or big box store. Average overall rating.

Our facility had been searching for 2-ring binder options via the internet. There were no viable options in Canada. When I hit the site in the US, I was pleased to talk/e-mail staff at Bindertek to have all my questions answered. They even offered me a free sample to ensure that the product met our needs. I was happy to order 100 of the Bindertek 2-ring binders for our facility. They arrived within 10 business days and kept us on target for our filing needs and "One File" project. Thank you Bindertek!
