Bindertek sent me the wrong size …
Bindertek sent me the wrong size product and would not even consider a refund.

Quality product and service …
I have placed several orders with BinderteK: These include three ring binders and leather attache. All of the products are first rate. The binders are of a quality that I have not previously seen. The leather attache is beautiful and very professional. All products project a professional appearance and the mark of success. Moreover, when I had a question to ask, the response was very rapid and complete.

Sometimes things just aren't meant to be I guess
The shipping cost was outrageous for how long it took to arrive. Also, my product was damaged to the point I couldn't use it. If anyone had taken even half a second to look at it they would have seen an obvious manufacturing defect and not sent the binder out. That being said, the customer service guy I spoke with was extremely polite and helped me resolve the issue quickly. I supppse a second chance is due.
