Binance.US is Shady And Will Disable Tour Account.
I started my account with Binance.US in Sept 2020 after my state was available. After submitting personal information for verification my account was disabled. After numerous emails to support, I have yet to get a response. My account is still disabled. They also disabled a family members account 2 months before this after purchasing and held their crypto hostage for over a month. Be careful with Binance.US. Something is extremely shady.

I started my account with Binance.US…
I started my account with Binance.US around July, 2020. On 09/03/2020, my account was disable, after numerous email with the support team and provided my personal information for verification. My account still disable and no answer. What is going on with this company? Binance.US. No! No! No! BAD BUSINESS!!!!! Anyone out there, Be careful with Binance.US.

Binance US is garbage
Binance US is garbage. Stay away from this platform. I sent a wire for $500 and it took them 1 week and hounding them. I had no intention of sending a wire but their ach wasn't working for over 2 weeks. Still haven't resolved the problem. No customer service. I had my account hacked trying to reinstate it and when I try it says system busy. Coinbase far better . They are in the technology business with no technology. Customer service is poor. Stay away.

Binance.US Worked great UNTIL I…
Binance.US Worked great UNTIL I registered with my US Passport, utility bill, and selfie photo - then they locked my account, didn't respond for a week or so, never fixed it and when I try to reset my account, right after it says something like "we are going to ask a bunch of personal questions, don't guess if you don't know the answer", then i get a red popup in my browser saying system busy for about a month now (tried chrome, edge, ie). I moved to bittrex but worry that binance.us has my passport, photos, ss#. I wish I never heard of them. Update 2020.09.08: I re-requested to open a ticket (ticket#64031) and got a response back within a couple hours that they will look into in so maybe I should be hopeful. Update 2020.09.14: Hope was not warranted - 6 days have passed and they have done nothing to re-enable my account. What is wrong with the people and business of binance.us. Just awful. Update 2020.09.14: @dodober Recognize these reviews are for Binance.US not Binance.com (which is problematic to USA customers).

Probably the worst exchange I had used…
Probably the worst exchange I had used in my entire crypto experience. Constant non-scheduled maintenance, website is laggy and what's up with app not working? All of these are during the bull run. Something is fishy for sure.

Account locked, 3 weeks and counting
My account was locked. I was given no reason why. I was told to provide a video with proof of ID which I sent in. It has been 3 weeks now, zero communication or updates to the status. This is highly unacceptable.

Binance.US is great when it works but horrible customer support.
Binance.US is great when it works. ACH deposit availability and while you have to wait 10 days to withdraw $$/crypto but terms are clearly posted so no surprises there. However, ACH system has been "buggy" with time out errors and requires you to re-establish connection and that is extremely annoying. The reason why I would not recommend Binance.US is their customer support. I am going on my 3rd day without any response to customer support ticket and my account has been locked up. No telephone number to call and zero response to email. When you have thousands of dollars and a company doesn't respond that is a huge red flag. Yes, they have very competitive fees, relatively easy to use but that doesn't make up for glitches and horrible response time to issues.

10 day wait
I needed to send a friend $50. I signed up. It was easy. I linked my debit card. I bought BTC. I did the withdraw and got an error. Have to wait 10 days for a $50 deposit.
