Cali was awesome! She was great at communicating and quick to respond to clarifying questions I had. And most importantly, she helped me save money & upgraded my internet service - all for less than I was paying before!

That’s a huge win 🌊 Better internet, lower cost, and smooth communication the whole way through is exactly how we like to operate. Cali clearly came in ready to make waves 💸

My representative was awesome. I started off by being reluctant about the whole process but he won me over and truly made me feel good about what he was trying to accomplish as well as how I needed to give myself credit for starting the process as well. Good customer service. A+

That’s a strong experience right there 💯 Starting off unsure and ending up confident in the process is exactly the kind of turnaround we love to see. Sounds like your rep kept it real, kept it clear, and delivered the kind of service that sticks.

I wasn’t sure about the services but glad i reached out! Once I reached out to support and got my bills assigned, the process was fast. Neil reached out via phone and text to keep me in the loop of the negotiation process and was able to get me some credit back on my account! It saved me time on not having to do the negotiations myself, way to go!

That’s what we aim for 🚀 Fast process, clear communication, and no need to battle the provider yourself. Neil kept things moving and still managed to reel in extra credits along the way 💸

My service member Neil did an excellent job at finding me savings. He stayed persistent on finding me discounts that best suited my needs. Bill shark has definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

That’s what we like to hear 💪 Neil stayed on the hunt, kept pushing for the right discounts, and came back with savings that actually fit your needs. Nothing better than turning a first experience into a repeat customer 🔥

I attempted to negotiate with my internet service on my own & got no where. Billshark was successful & saved me a substantial amount. Thanks Van!

That’s a big turnaround 🔄 When it doesn’t move on your own and we come in and get it done, that’s the kind of result we aim for. Love seeing those savings hit 💸

Kent was awesome. He took care of all the negotiating. All I had to do was wait to hear about the savings. Super easy
