Excellent job at reducing my bills! 💵

Customer Service is awesome. They have saved me a lot of money in the past. I think their fees are a bit high.

Raised fees without notice and when I attempted to cancel the service there is no way to do so without contacting customer service. No record of invoices, nothing useful in my account on their website. It's lazy and deceptive and shouldn't automatically negotiate your bill each year without confirmation. You have to OPT OUT vs Opting IN, especially when the fees had gone up. Also had snarky email communication with customer service which is likely because they receive quite a lot of complaints due to their shady practices. While it's not illegal it's deceptive at best. Caveat Emptor
