We’re happy we were able to secure the $21 courtesy credit on your SiriusXM account. Every savings opportunity counts, and we’ll keep looking for ways to deliver even more value. Hopefully next time we can earn that five star review⭐

We’re glad we had the chance to review your account. In this case, your bill was already at a lower rate, which is actually a great position to be in and shows it’s well optimized. We always explore every option, and sometimes the best outcome is confirming you’re already getting one of the best available prices.

I Just (As Of Tonight) Went Online To Get Started w. This Company. However, I Am Now Discouraged Due to The Reviews Which Are 90% Negative. I Hope They Haven't Already Pushed The Fees Through On My CC/. I Will Definitely Be Reconsidering/ Changing To A More Trusted & Better Business w. An A-1 Reputation. I Definitely Can't Even Afford To Risk Any Losses Like Explained By Both Previous & Current Customers. Sooooo... Thanks In Advance Everyone For You're Honest Reviews. I'm Glad I Went w. My Gut & Decided To Check Out These Reviews!!! -Anissa Kyle

Hi there — we’re sorry to hear you felt discouraged. Based on the details in your review, it doesn’t appear that our service was actually used or that any fees were processed. Billshark does not charge upfront; fees are only applied after savings are successfully secured, and customers are notified before any negotiation begins.

I was not told about the cost up front which I should have been I did not find out about amount owed until after service was already rendered they did a great job but I would have preferred to know about the cost before service was rendered.

Hi Vivian- thank you for sharing your experience. Our fee is 40% of the total savings achieved. We do advertise this heavily on our website, prior to enrollment and after submitting your bill. Please reach out to our team at 800-957-1710 or [email protected] if there are any other concerns we may assist you with.

I wasn't sure what to expect but once they had my info a day later I received savings on my cable bill. If I had other bills that were as high as that one. I sure would use them again. Edited to add: ummm just got the bill. They charge you what they save you. So you may as well just pay it to the original company. I could understand may half or a quarter of what they save you but not the whole thing. And based off my new bill they lied about how much they saved me in the first place. Maybe its worth it when you have more than one bill but for now. Not too much

Hi Adrian- our fee is only 40% of the total savings achieved on the account, which is standard within our industry. On your account, we were able to achieve two types of savings. Your Shark applied a $60 discount which is good for 12 months and they also applied a $7.01 discount that lasts for the lifetime of your provider account. Not only did we reduce your bill, but we also increased your internet speed. These are fantastic savings for a single bill!
